1. Return & Exchange Policy
We offer the following on most products:
- 7-Day Return — for eligible unopened, unused products
- 14-Day Defective Exchange — for items confirmed to be defective
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- All original packaging and contents must be included (e.g., manuals, accessories, software, cables, promotional items or codes)
- Items must be in original, unused, and resalable condition, including any operating systems or pre-installed software
- You must provide the original invoice at the time of return or exchange
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Returns that are incomplete, damaged, used, or altered will not be accepted
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following products and services cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Custom-built systems and special orders
- Opened NAS devices or firewalls
- Opened or sealed networking equipment (e.g., routers, switches, modems)
- Software licenses (physical or digital)
- Professional services, including setup, delivery, or installation fees
4. Manufacturer Verification
Some items may require manufacturer verification before we can approve a return or exchange. If applicable, we will guide you through the process and assist with any required documentation.
5. Warranty Support
Many of our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty. If an issue arises after our return window has closed, we are happy to assist you in:
- Identifying warranty terms
- Initiating contact with the manufacturer
- Providing documentation needed for warranty claims
